Privacy notes for SupeSEO accounts
Plain notes on what we keep about you, in the order a founder would ask: what, why, for how long, and what you can do about it.

What we hold
We keep the details you give when you create an account, such as your sign-in identity and the name on your invoices. We also keep your orders, the target URLs and anchors you chose, and your balance history.
Browsing needs no account. Basic server logs record technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
What each piece of data is for
| Data | Used for | Kept while |
|---|---|---|
| Account identity | Signing you in and showing your orders | Your account is open |
| Order details and target URLs | Delivering placements and showing their status | Your account is open, plus accounting periods |
| Balance and invoice records | Top-ups, invoices and proforma invoices | As long as tax rules require |
| Server logs | Security, abuse prevention and fixing faults | A short rolling period |
Who sees it
We do not sell personal data. Placements are published on third-party sites, so the target page and anchor in your order become public once the article is live.
Service providers that run hosting, sign-in and payments process data on our behalf. They may do so only to provide those services.
How we protect it
Access is narrow. Account data is limited to people and systems that need it. Connections to the site use HTTPS, and our payment handling follows what our providers require.
No system is perfect, and we do not pretend ours is. If something goes wrong with your data, we will tell affected users as the law asks.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember simple settings. We use light analytics to see which pages are read, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Your browser lets you block or clear cookies, though parts of the account area may then stop working.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. Open your account page after signing in and use it to send the request, and we will answer within a reasonable time.
Some records, such as invoices, we must keep for accounting and legal reasons, even after an account is closed. Placements already published stay on their sites, since they belong to the publishers.
Notes may change as the service does; the date at the top shows the latest edit. Questions about this page, and anything else, go through the about page guidance and your account.
